Transcript Request Release Form--Former Students/Alumni

If you are a former student/alumni of Granville High School and need a copy of your transcript to be sent to a college, employer, scholarship agency, etc., this form must be properly completed by the former student/alumni themselves, and then faxed or mailed to the Counseling Office at Granville High School.

1. A SEPARATE release form must be completed for every transcript requested.

2. An unofficial copy of a transcript may be obtained for personal use. Official copies may be sent only to third parties (i.e colleges, employers, scholarship agencies).

Dear Granville Reunion Class,

The Granville Education Foundation (GEF) helps ensure high quality education for students in the Granville Exempted Village School District (GEVSD). For 25 years, our non-profit organization has been working to raise funds within the community so that we can award grants to teachers for innovative projects that are implemented in a variety of settings including, but not limited to: classrooms, libraries, art rooms, music rooms, gymnasiums, technology spaces, greenhouses, and the Land Lab! In addition to grants, we award scholarships to graduating seniors and the annual Jody VanTine Outstanding Educator Award. Of special interest to our alumni, we host an annual “Blue, White, and Boom” for alumni, teachers, and staff; this year, it is scheduled for 4-7 pm on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 at The Granville Inn. Tickets will be available this spring through our website: granvilleeducationfoundation.org/giving. In the meantime, we hope alumni might visit our website to learn more about GEF and make a tax-deductible donation, noting that we have the option for monthly contributions. We sincerely appreciate your support!
