Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Balance EAP provides confidential counseling and referral assistance to employees and family members.  The EAP model involves the use of a extensive network of providers throughout the US to meet the clinical needs of employees.  This includes the provision of confidential, professional and comprehensive diagnostic counseling, and referral services for individuals experiencing personal or professional problems.  

Individuals and immediate family members may access the service for support with a variety of personal and work-related issues, including but not limited to:

Addiction/dependency/substance abuse


Relationship issues

Family/parenting challenges



Illness of a family member

Career/job-related stress

Stress related to a child care/elder care/disability care
