Payroll

Employees are paid 24 times per year.  Paydays shall fall on the 10th and 25th of each month. If the 10th or 25th falls on a weekend or holiday, the immediately preceding weekday that is not a holiday will be used for this purpose.

Payroll forms should be accessed through the available forms menu in Unified Talent Records. Unified Talent Records is accessible through your Classlink login.

All employees are required to receive their pay through direct deposit. You may have more than one account. All direct deposit additions or changes must be completed through the Direct Deposit form in Unified Talent Records. The form will need completed, printed, signed, and hand delivered to the district office.  

All school districts in Ohio pay into either State Teachers Retirement for certified staff or School Employees Retirement System for classified staff. We do not pay into Social Security for retirement purposes.
