Communication
The Granville Exempted Village School District Communications Plan promotes an open flow of information, and supports two-way, mutually beneficial connections between the school district and the community for the purpose of building and maintaining support for the district.
Communication objectives include (method for measuring each inside parentheses):
- Focus communication resources to support the district’s mission, vision and values, and strategic priorities (rebrand around the Project Based Learning concept).
- Instill confidence in the Granville Schools, including its staff, programs and services (biennial community survey)
- Assist the Granville Board of Education, staff and schools in promoting Granville Schools’ programs, services and initiatives (increase in attendance, use of website and newsletters)
- Establish direct support to schools by providing comprehensive communication services (annual staff survey)
Granville Schools provides a variety of communication tools for students, staff, parents, residents and the media to be informed and in touch with the district. Click on the + sign below on each mode of communication to learn more.
