Note: There is currently a problem with accessing Schoology from the parent portal when using Safari on some Apple products. The best workaround is to install Google Chrome and use that browser when accessing the parent portal and Schoology. Our web site provider is aware of the issue and is looking into a possible solution.
Just a few quick tips/guidelines when creating a Parent Portal account
- Only create one Parent Portal account, even if you have more than one student in the district. Once that account is created, you will have the opportunity to link them all so you only have one login to keep track of.
- Do not use special characters when typing in first or last names. If special characters exist, the system will not create your Schoology account.
- Do not leave any spaces in the email field. If the system detects a space, it will not create a Schoology account
- If you are a staff member in the district and also have children in the district, be sure to use a different email address in the Parent Portal.
