Please use the following links to troubleshoot any issues you are having with your school issued Chromebook. If you are still having problems with your school issued Chromebook after working through the following troubleshooting steps, please turn it into the tech staff at your school to look at.
If you are still having problems with your school issued Chromebook after completing the troubleshooting steps above, you may have a hardware issue. Please see the following people to look at your device.
In Person Learners
Elementary School - Lindy Wicks
Intermediate School - Beth Downing (Project Center)
Middle School - Heather McCarthy (Library)
High School - Max Bertane or Alex Chisolm (STAR Room)
Please follow the steps below to exchange the school issued Chromebook having problems with a working device.
- Fill out the following Form - Chromebook Exchange
- Bring the broken device and it's charger (on the date and time chosen in the Form) to the High School's front doors (vestibule area)
- Look to the right where Tech Bins 1-6 are located (top row of bins on incoming wall)
- Replace the device having issues and its charger with the Chromebook and charger that has the student's name on it in the bin
