Five Granville High School students have been recognized by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation for their high scores on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
These students qualified as National Merit Semifinalists and will apply to earn Finalist status:
John Ball, son of David Ball and Kim Keethler Ball
Daniel Gibson, son of Dan and Robin Gibson
Zoe Guiney, daughter of Amy Mock and Mort Guiney
Sage Kaplan-Goland, son of Abram and Carol Goland
Cameron Richards, son of Jeff and Nancy Richards
These academically talented Semifinalists are among the highest scoring entrants in Ohio. Those who reach the Finalist level will be notified next February, and National Merit Scholarship winners will be announced beginning in April 2016. Congratulations and good luck!
