During Ace Day this week, GES students celebrated Jump Rope for Heart. A jump rope team from Dublin (grades 2-5) performed. Students then watched a short video on the benefits of fundraising for the Jump Rope for Heart program. GES students who have already raised money for this program were recognized and some have already received their “rubber ducky” prizes. Students can still register on this website if they would like to participate by searching for “Granville Elementary School”. The fundraiser will last until February 14. 2014.

There was also a special surprise during the Ace Day assembly. Mr. Rogers showed the school that he still can “double-dutch” jump rope!
