Greetings and a warm welcome to our participating colleges and universities!
Licking County is honored to have an admissions representative from your institution join us in preparing our students for their college search process. We hope that this program will be worthwhile for you and the institution or organization you represent. The sponsoring high schools take equal pride in this event and are looking forward to an outstanding college fair program!
Registration form and $20 registration fee are due by April 6, 2018.
Note: The registration fee assists with costs associated with the fair,
such as the cost of rentals, fair hospitality, and advertising.
Students and parents do not need to register prior to the event. Registration for students will occur during the college fair, and there is no admission charge.

Fair Information:

The LCCF is registered with the OACAC College Fair Committee, and this will be our 8th consecutive year offering this fair.

Parking spaces near the Boulevard entrance (#4) will be reserved for admissions representatives.
Admission representatives should follow signs indicating where to enter. Representatives will enter in through the Boulevard doors (near the playground).

The format is "open session".

The hours of the fair are from 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM in the cafeteria and gymnasium of C-TEC of Licking County.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM in the rotunda.

Upon checking in, each college or university in attendance will be assigned to one table.

An hors d'oeuvres reception for admissions representatives will occur from 4:15 PM - 5:30 PM in the Bistro Restaurant, located in the Boulevard.

In preparation for the opening of the fair, please be at your tables by 5:45 PM.

Bottled water will be brought to your table during the fair.
On a special note...Along with the fair in the gymasium and cafeteria, parents and students will have the opportunity to attend an educational session after the fair to learn more about college admissions.
