GHS School Profile 2021

This is the school profile that is sent to every college that our students apply to for admission. It is updated yearly.

Helpful College Application Information--Class of 2022

Students can use this them to help them to fill out items in their college application.

Blue Form--College Application Form

This form needs to be completed to request a transcript to be sent. One form per college.

College Application Tracker

For organization purposes, this form can help you keep track of all of the different parts of your applications and their deadlines

GHS Parent Brag Sheet

May be used to supplement the informal interview the counselors do with students to write a counselor letter of recommendation.

Online Portfolios for the Fine Arts

SlideRoom

This is an example of a college's (Columbus College of Art and Design's) SlideRoom used by their admissions office to receive a digital portfolio for a Fine Arts applicant. A college's SlideRoom will be accessible on that college's website if used.

Acceptd

Acceptd is a 3rd party website that works with schools (as listed on this page) to allow students to upload a digital portfolio for music, theatre, dance, or visual arts programs/schools.
