Delivery System:
- Individual counseling: working with students one-on-one to identify interests, discuss future planning, and to set short and long-term goals.
- Group counseling: working with students in small groups who have similar needs or interests during ACE and study hall periods.
- Classroom guidance: working with students within the classroom on interest inventories, personal value assessments, and to research post-secondary options.
- Referrals: connecting students to community programs and agencies that support their specific post-secondary goals.
